Traditional Karate
Traditional karate instructed by Sensei Sidhu.
Discover your best form, technique and fundamentals while also incorporating self-defense, aerobic fitness, resistance training, balance and flexibility.
This is a co-ed class for youth and adults of all ages, fitness levels and skill levels.
Many of our adult participants sign up for karate for general fitness, stress release, or to build self-confidence.
Some of our teenagers sign up for karate for cross-training and conditioning purposes while participating in other sports.

Youth who participate in karate regularly tend to be respectful, motivated and do well in school.
Although many of our participants commence karate training for fitness reasons, teens and adults can enter tournaments, compete and excel.

New members can start at any time of the year.
